We have very fast dispatching times of generally the same day before 1 pm and can be up to 2 working days depending on heightened order dates. Standard shipping times to all major cities are approximately 5-8 business days. Express shipping times to all major cities is approximately 3-4 business days. You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. 

Please note  Frenchie wear is not responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Frenchie wear. Is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

It is possible to cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been packaged. This includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. Contact us and we will help you. 

If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of 10 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
