All orders are shipped within 1/2 working days. Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 3-4 business days. Express shipping times to all major cities is approximately 1-2 business days. For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 14 business days (remote areas).If you have not received an order within 14 days, please notify us by email at: hello@frenchiewear.com.au

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box 

Please note  Frenchie wear is not responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Frenchie wear. Is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

It is possible to cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been packaged only if it hasn't been dispatched. This includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. Contact us and we will help you. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of 10 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.

Pre ordered product 

If you have a product on pre order ( will be in the product description )  that means you will not miss out !! your order will be dispatched around 3 weeks and in some cases a lot sooner. You will also receive a gift with your pre order

If your return item arrives in a damaged condition, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
